Past Roles

Joined my first race team, MHSSA SBX

December 2019 - March 2020

At the beginning of 2019, I had only a park and free-ride snowboard experience. I was later convinced by a good friend to try out snowboard cross on my high school team. I joined the team and was the only freshman on varsity in my first year. I quickly fell in love with the sport and began my journey.

Joined My first training program, Team RipTurn

December 2020 - March 2021

Shortly after joining my high school team, I realized I had potential in SBX and wanted to take my skills to the next level. I found Team RipTurn, a training program/team that trained and raced in upstate Michigan (just a few hours from my home). I spent my first winter with the team and, once again, fell in love.

Moving to the next level, SteamBoat Colorado

January 2023 - current time

Fast forward a few years, and I have gone from spending just the winter with team RipTurn to spending my time, year-round, training/ conditioning to progress to the point I am at today. I have two top-ten finishes at Nationals held at Copper in Colorado and am looking to compete in my first set of hole-shot competitions this 2023-2024 season. After this season, I plan to move to bigger and better things and train out west with the SteamBoat Organization, a Pro-Am team that solely competes in hole-shot/ Noram competitions.
